What an absolute honor to have Mini VAIN in our driveway (in Weston, MA) this past weekend for our daughter’s 9th birthday! I am still at a loss for words and completely awe-stricken by the entire event. Every single detail was absolute perfection! From the early stages of planning to execution the day of, every member of the VAIN team was so professional and easy to work with. I loved taking through all the details with the team and highly recommend letting them take the lead. They know exactly what they are doing—trust me. I urge you to watch the reel titled ‘Happy Birthday Natalie.’ You can see and feel the excitement of our daughter and 9 of her closest friends. I have never seen them have more fun together! VAIN made the reel after the party and as a mother, it’s truly one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. It’s something I will treasure until the end of time. While watching the reel, I recommend studying the Mini VAIN van's interior and the balloon arch. They are stunning and were complete showstoppers when the guests arrived. The monogrammed robes, polaroid camera, hair tinsel, pin selection station for decorating cosmetic bags, music, and spa themed cupcakes were just a few highlights! The goodie bags were beautiful and included the Facecard Hydration Kits. If you haven’t tried this yourself, you are missing out. The packaging alone is gorgeous. And a few of the moms have already reached out to tell me they tried the products themselves! A huge win for mothers and daughters. After our party, I had numerous moms tell me it was the best birthday party their daughter has ever attended. And one mom told me we won for the BEST birthday party of the year! I owe it all to Mini VAIN. If you’re interested, I recommend contacting them soon, as I have a feeling their calendar will fill up quickly. We were honored to be first in line for Mini VAIN’s kids' parties! I went to NP school with the founder (Ciara) and I am so incredibly proud of the empire she has built. She’s beyond brilliant and I wish her all the success in the world with VAIN and Mini Vain. If you’re looking for a most magical experience for your daughter, I cannot recommend Mini VAIN more. Natalie’s 9th birthday was pure magic! Thank you to the entire team. Oh, and the girls who hosted the party were amazing! The 9-year-olds loved them and were in awe of their beauty.

I’ve seen a huge difference in my skin since coming to Vain Medi Spa and seeing Shawna as my aesthetician. She is incredibly professional, kind, and truly knowledgeable, and you can genuinely tell how much she cares about her clients. Every visit feels personalized, and my skin has never looked better. I couldn’t recommend Vain Medi Spa enough as a whole, and I highly suggest booking with Shawna if you’re looking for real results and exceptional care.

I had a fantastic experience getting a Halo laser treatment with Jolene at Vain Med Spa in Andover. The entire team was kind, professional, and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. Jolene was amazing—thorough, attentive, and really took the time to explain each step so I knew exactly what to expect. My skin already looks great, and I felt completely cared for from start to finish. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend Vain Med Spa and Jolene for anyone considering Halo!

I had an excellent experience with Vain Medi Spa in Andover, MA. I initially had a lot of questions about laser hair removal for my back, and I was truly impressed when Cici, the founder, personally reached out to me. She spent a great deal of time explaining everything in detail, including the state-of-the-art equipment they use and how their pricing remains very competitive. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how knowledgeable and transparent she was. The space itself is beautifully presented with a calming atmosphere, a clean, fresh smell, and an overall welcoming feel. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by staff with such a positive and professional attitude. Lizzie was especially wonderful—super polite, friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. She made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend Vain Medi Spa to anyone considering laser hair removal or other services. The combination of expertise, technology, cleanliness, and outstanding customer care really sets them apart.

Great experience with Lizzie. I’ve had multiple treatments with her, from injections to facials, and she always makes the experience comfortable and calming….even for treatments that usually aren’t. She truly listens, checks in, and creates a thoughtful plan for her clients. I recently followed her skincare advice and did microneedling with her, and the difference in my skin has been amazing. I only wish I had taken her advice sooner!
